What are your business hours?
We are an online store that operates 24/7, seven days a week. However, we can be available for physical appointments at our warehouse in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you would like to make an appointment.
Who owns Kitesurf Warehouse?
This is an independent family-owned business 100% owned and operated in the United Kingdom by Nigel and the team. Kitesurf Warehouse was one of the very first online kitesurfing stores and was established in 2004. Our team consists of experienced watersports enthusiasts - we love kitesurfing in all its forms and now wingfoiling too!
Do you ship to the EU?
Yes! We are based in Northern Ireland, the only part of the UK that stayed in the EU single market for goods. That means we ship to all EU countries with VAT paid and no extra customs charges or delays - just like before Brexit. And of course we also ship to all parts of the UK just like any other UK store.
Is deliver free?
With many of our items we can ship to the UK and Europe for free. We do, however, incur fees when shipping further afield such as to the US, Australia, Asia etc. We do our very best to negotiate the lowest possible courier rates, without sacrificing quality of service.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Depending on the time of day you order, we either dispatch same day or first thing the following morning.
Standard delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom - two days
- Europe - two to four days
- Global (beyond the UK and Europe) - three to seven days
Deliveries can be faster if selecting express checkout. Please contact us.
Can I return or refund goods?
In a nutshell, yes, although please refer to our refunds policy.
Do you sell kitesurf packages?
We were one of the first online to create kitesurf packages! We also bundle up deals in response to your individual needs, so don't hesitate to contact us to negotiate a deal for multiple items.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cash (in person).
