Kiting can be a dangerous sport and so it's really important to wear and use the right equipment, so as to give yourself maximum protection. This is particularly important in terms of head wear. Anyone who comes off a kiteboard knows just how hard the water can be - it can feel like concrete at times. Look after your head with a watersports helmet.
